Our policies are designed to provide a comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure a consistent, welcoming, and respectful environment for all our guests and staff.

Payment Policy:

• We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, and Cash
• Allow guests to pay online with their preferred payment method.

Children policy:

• 0–3 years old: Free
• 4–12 years old: 350 MAD (per night)
• <12 years old (Adult): 550 MAD (per night)
   

Pets’ policy:

• Pets are not allowed.

Check-in and check-out Policy

• Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 Check-out is from 12:00 to 13:00

Cancellation policy:

1. No-refundable:

• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.

2. New year’s 14 days

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel after 14 days of arrival.
• If the guest doesn’t show up, they’ll be charged the total price of the reservation

3. Flexible:

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel after 2 days of arrival.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation within 2 days of arrival
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price pf the reservation within 2 days of arrival
