exceeded our expectations of the resort, excellent service In reception with check in and check out and they are always helping and providing good info and advice! Resort is lovely 😊 many restaurants and snack bars spread out within the resort! Great drinks and the best coffee bar 🤪 even popcorn station to watch the movie 🍿 everyone so friendly and always smiling 😊 the animation team are super friendly and such nice people (shoutout taz) they work very well together and always involving everyone in activates and stopping for nice chats! They're all very good with kids and always keeping the kids entertained as well as the adults 🤍 there activities and shows are worth participating in you won't be dissatisfied! "Second trip this year to Aqua blu. It's one of those hotels that once you have been you just don't want to go anywhere else. The reason we keep coming back is all down to the staff. They are incredible, As this was our second visit the staff remembered us and even knew what drinks we liked. Big shout out to Mahmoud Ali ,Ahmed Salah, Mohamed Abdallah, Ahmed Ali. The chefs in the restaurants were also fantastic they always took time out to say hello and ask how you were. The selection of food on offer is vast you won't starve!
The room we had was in the main building looking over to the stage, it was two separate rooms with a large bathroom. The cleaner everyday would do towel art, he kept the room spotless.
The aqua park is the best we have been to. The lifeguards are amazing. They are so good with the kids. Every day we sat at the wave pool and the lifeguard would change our towels for us.
The animation team really made our holiday fun. Massive thanks to Taz, Libby, Didi, Gado, Bakar and Nastya. Every morning they would stop and have a wee chat and ask if we wanted to join in the activities. There was no pressure if you said no. The staff are the real asset to the hotel from the front desk to the cleaners.
Will be back in September that's how much we love and miss everyone at the hotel."
